Jill Leonard's office worked with my prior agents to move a bucket of policies to MI, helped my son with coverage related to college, autos, umbrellas, etc. They gave excellent advice, and helped everyone stay on the same page. When I hit a deer (deer was ok) repairs were taken care of so efficiently I couldn't believe it. Everyone in the office has been pleasant, professional, courteous and results-focused. The team is efficient, premiums are reasonable, but the main reason I recommend Jill's office, and Beth in particular, is that they proactively help solve problems and attain goals without the need to chase them down.
