"This experience is the reason I've never even shopped rates since establishing with State Farm when I was 17. Local office was fantastic and have me guidance. An agent in the office texted me to follow up and I was able to ask a question I intended to call about... she had the issue resolved and an answer back to me in fewer than 10 minutes. Car rental was efficient and uncomplicated. Website was a little clunky but was not a hinderance and was a good way to move the process along and track status (was unable to upload pictures at prompt, told me I owed my deductible although I didn't, said I needed to have the body shop do something that was already done). The body shop I chose from their recommendations was EXCELLENT and about three miles from my home. I picked my car up at 3:30 on the eve of a holiday and received notification just hours later that the body shop had already been paid. Entirely positive experience."
